Plain-language terms, privacy and opt-out
Whosprinting SAS is an EU company. These pages are the short version of our terms. The signed contract for Team accounts is available on request.
Terms of service
Whosprinting gives you access to competitive-intelligence data compiled from public advertising sources. You may use it for research, planning and building your own marketing. You may not resell the data, scrape the service, or use it to harass or impersonate an advertiser.
- One account per person. Team plans include 3 seats; more can be added from Settings.
- We may suspend accounts that automate lookups beyond plan limits or attempt to re-host creatives.
- Estimates are estimates. Every spend, reach and traffic figure is a range with a confidence label, and we do not guarantee accuracy.
Billing and refunds
- Starter, Pro and Team are billed monthly or yearly. Annual billing is 10 months for 12.
- Any first payment can be refunded within 14 days from Settings, no questions asked. Refunds land in 5 to 10 business days.
- Cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period.
- Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT; everyone else sees the tax at checkout and on the invoice.
- systeme.io users get Free at no cost, and Pro is included in systeme.io Unlimited after connecting the account in Settings.
Privacy
We process your account data (email, name, billing details) to run the service and issue VAT invoices. We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Advertising data comes from public sources such as the Meta Ad Library. We store ad text, landing page structure, thumbnails that link to the original creative, and generated transcripts. We do not store personal data about the people who see ads.
You can export or delete your account data from Settings. Requests under the GDPR are answered within 30 days at privacy@whosprinting.com.
Advertiser opt-out and takedown
Listed on Whosprinting and want out? Use the opt-out form, which writes the email for you, or write to takedown@whosprinting.com yourself, from an address on the advertiser's domain or with a link to the Meta Ad Library page you control. We remove the advertiser and all associated ads, funnels and angles within 48 hours and confirm by email. Removed advertisers are kept on an exclusion list so they do not reappear.
Copyright or trademark concerns about a specific thumbnail can use the same address. Thumbnails always link to the original creative and are never re-hosted at full size.
